Strawberry Rhubarb
Strawberries and rhubarb are a familiar early-summer pairing, especially in pies, jams, and preserves.
Strawberries bring sweetness and soft fruit, while rhubarb adds a sharp, tart flavour from its thick red-green stalks.
Both are common garden plants in New Brunswick and have become a nostalgic part of the province’s seasonal food traditions.
